Shipping & Returns

Unused, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping Delays

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays. Dr. Lift® is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has left our facility.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim if your package is missing.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the personal nature of skincare products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been shipped, except in the case of damage or defect as outlined below.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographs of the damaged or defective product in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used products, including but not limited to:
- Skincare creams, serums, or lotions
- Cleansers, body washes, or scrubs
- Hand sanitizers and antibacterial products
- Any items marked as final sale or clearance

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll gladly send a replacement or correct your order.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are only issued for:
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of placement
- Damaged or defective items that cannot be replaced

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
